National Shipping (within New Zealand)

All domestic orders are shipped using NZ Courier Post.

Orders are dispatched with tracking and require a signature upon delivery.

Estimated delivery times on gemstones located in New Zealand are typically 3-5 business days, depending on your location, and availability of product ordered. TSM takes no responsibility for any delays once parcels enter the shipping network.Â
- A selection of gemstones are located in our Bangkok office, and will take longer than the standard national shipping timeframes to arrive.
International Shipping
- TSM will ship to any country which utilizes FedEx as a courier service. If you are unsure if we ship to your country, please contact us on admin@thesapphiremerchant.com

Delivery times for international shipments generally range from 4-9 business days, depending on availability of product ordered, your destination, and local customs processes.
- Delay in payment of Customs fees can cause products to be 'held' by local Customs Authority. This is outside the control of TSM. Some products will not require Customs fees. It is up to the customer to check local Customs requirements. All delays caused by local Customs Authority is not the responsibility of TSM.Â
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and dimensions.
Free shipping is applied or all orders within New Zealand
Free Shipping is applied to all international orders over $4000
A flat rate shipping fee of $148 is applied to all international orders under $4000. This shipping fee is user to cover the cost in FedEx International shipping.Â
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that may apply to shipments entering their country. Please consult your local customs office for further information.
Value declaration
TSM will declare the full value in NZD for any international shipment through FedEx
